Hello!
I am getting an interesting problem with QNX 6.5.0 (installed today,
was downloaded earlier.)
I am following the instructions outlined on the pages for importing
the contents of the BSP packaging containing the source code for a
generic X86 platform. Even while choosing the generic settings as
outlined on the Installation Notes pages I get an error message. It
complains that something is missing and fails with an appropriate
Windows Noise.

The exact error was
"Unable to import build file : C:\ide-4.7-workspace\bsp-x86-apic-src
\src\hardware\startup\boards\apic\build" It complains that it can't
find the specified file.

I've not tried the Linux host or self hosted even (QNX directly
hosting) because at the moment I'm not running one of those platforms.

This is on Windows XP SP3 with all of the recent security stuff
applied.

By contrast the older versions of the exact same BSP build but with
errors showing. I confess I am at my wits end here.

Is there an actual file named 'build' in the 'apic' folder? Are the
permissions correct? Are you running the build as ADMIN or an admin user
or just as a regular user?

Hello!
At that time I was indeed running as a normal user on that system. I
have now tried it on a build system installed onto a Slackware 13.37
system, and the same thing happens.
